There are hundreds of spiritual practices to choose from but we have identified 6 that are the most important and accessible to every student at any level:  MEDITATION, AFFIRMATION, FORGIVENESS, GRATITUDE, PRAYER, & SPIRITUAL COMMUNITY. This workshop is great for people on all levels of the spiritual path & journey. This is a fun, practical, and experiential workshop with like-minded folks in a loving and safe environment.
